About
I'm Sengthai Phoeng — website designer & developer. I design and develop websites for small businesses, Christian faith-based, charitable, and non-profit organizations.
In August 2019, right after I finished my business school in South Korea, I decided to move back to Cambodia, a small but beautiful Southeast Asian country where I was born. Not long after I moved back, I started to fall in love with graphic design. I knew it wouldn't make much sense to own a business degree and try to apply for a graphic design job so I decided to explore my interests by spenting a few years teaching myself graphic design. Little did I know that design would not only change my perspective on how I see the world, but it also allows me to help people achieve their goals by helping them solve problems.
The following year, I started volunteering as a graphic designer at some amazing Christian organizations that help Cambodian people who are going through poverty and human trafficking. I knew in my heart that being a designer is really what I have been searching for and now that I could use this skill to help solve problems for more people, so here I am.
April 2022, after moving to Canada with my wife, I have found myself loving living in such a beautiful country. The natural beauty is amazing, with mountains, lakes, horses and cows.
